In Nov 2020, BWFW and Etain Health released Good Women Good Women, a product and design collaboration under the creative direction of Jasmine Mans. The GWGW box included products from brands: Broccoli Magazine, BWFW, Etain CBD. Boxes were made by hand distributed in NYC at Etain’s flagship location. Forbes highlighted the “Good Weed Good Women'' as the industry’s first cannabis (cbd) box. A portion of the proceeds from “Good Weed Good Women'' goes to the New York City Food Bank. Etain Health has been a long supporting partner of BWFW, and our design adventures.
When I say “save you,” I mean keep you distracted from all of the outside world that could harm a young person. Early on, the thing that grabbed me was poetry. I got the opportunity to be raised in the hood as a performing arts kid. My life was about memorizing and performing poetry, and debating, particularly against white performers and writers. That is a strong memory that I have from elementary to high school—always being involved in oratory competitions, and enjoying winning them.
